a. Bluetooth and Device Information
Savant Navigator uses Bluetooth functionality to connect to a Savant Technology Bluetooth gateway device. To establish and maintain this connection, the App may access:
– Bluetooth functionality on your device
– Device identifiers necessary for Bluetooth communication
– Information transmitted between Savant Navigator and the Savant Technology Bluetooth gateway
Savant Navigator does not collect Bluetooth data unrelated to its core functionality and does not continuously scan for devices beyond what is required to connect to the designated gateway.
b. Device Information
Savant Technology may collect limited technical information about your device when you use Savant Navigator, such as:
– Device model
– Operating system version
– App version
– Diagnostic data (such as crash logs and performance data)
This information is used solely to maintain, secure, and improve the performance and reliability of Savant Navigator.
2. How We Use Information
Savant Technology uses collected information to:
– Enable and maintain Bluetooth communication with the Savant Technology gateway
– Provide the core functionality of Savant Navigator

However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and Savant Technology cannot guarantee absolute security.

– Bluetooth access (to connect to the Savant Technology Bluetooth gateway)
– Location access (if required by the operating system to enable Bluetooth scanning)
Location access, if requested, is used solely to enable Bluetooth functionality and is not used by Savant Technology to track your physical location.
6. Data Retention
Savant Technology retains information collected through Savant Navigator only for as long as necessary to provide the App’s functionality and fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
7. Children’s Privacy
Savant Navigator is not intended for use by children under the age of 13 (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction). Savant Technology does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
